A highly comprehensive, ten-chapter syllabus designed to build structural confidence, adjustments, and yoga theory.

These Classes Include Asana Practice, teaching each Sun Salutation in-depth, learning and practicing Led and Mysore style Ashtanga Primary series, how to create your own Vinyasa flow sequence, How these styles can impact one’s life physically as well as mentally.

      These session will go in-depth into life, through old scriptures, and understand how we can upgrade our lifestyle physically and mentally, both for our well-being. We teach concepts of old yogic scriptures like Bhagwat Geeta, the Yoga Sutras, the Upanishads, and the Vedas

        Experience the magic of Acro Yoga with us at the end of your first week! This workshop is perfect for complete beginners—no experience needed. We’ll start with the basics: learning to balance, build trust with partners, and have plenty of fun together. Our certified instructors will guide you step-by-step, making sure everyone feels safe and supported. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to try something playful and different, you’ll love discovering what your body can do!

          At the end of the 2nd week, we have our Arm Balancing Workshop. You’ll learn how to do arm balancing poses and handstand techniques, starting from the basics. Our teachers will show you each step and help you build strength and confidence—even if it’s your first time. Everyone can join and have fun while learning something new!

            On the 2nd day of the 3rd week, we have our Ayurveda introduction. You’ll learn what Ayurveda is, discover your body type, and get simple tips about healthy food and daily habits. Our teachers make it easy to understand, so you can care for yourself and feel your best—every day!

              No, we do not recommend our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training for pregnant women. The program involves intensive physical practice including Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga with early morning sessions and full days of training, which may not be suitable during pregnancy.

              Yes, our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Bali YTTC is specifically designed to welcome beginners! You don't need previous yoga experience to join our program.

              Yes, you'll have free time during your 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Bali YTTC. While the program is intensive, we've built in breaks to help you rest and integrate what you're learning: one full day off each week (Sundays), Saturday excursion and activity days, a midday break after lunch for rest and personal time, and evening time after the final meditation session.

              Yes! After completing our 200-hour course, you will receive a Yoga Alliance certified certificate. This is the internationally recognized gold standard that allows you to teach yoga professionally in any studio, gym, or retreat center globally.

              We recommend booking at least 1-2 months in advance to secure your spot, as our small batch size (maximum 12 students) means courses fill quickly. Booking early also qualifies you for our early bird discount, available for registrations completed at least one month before the course start date.

              Our day begins at 6:15 AM with morning practices and concludes around 7:00 PM. The schedule includes asana practice (morning and afternoon), philosophy lectures, anatomy classes, teaching methodology, pranayama, and meditation sessions. Three nutritious meals are provided throughout the day.
