1. Introduction & Trust
Bali Yoga Teacher Training Center (Bali YTTC) values your trust and is committed to safeguarding your privacy and personal growth. Based in Bitera, Ubud, Bali, our center is dedicated to providing authentic yoga education, profound spiritual development, and a welcoming learning environment. By participating in our courses and using our services, you accept and consent to these terms, ensuring a safe, respectful, and transformative experience for all.
2. Standard Rules & Campus Policies
To maintain a peaceful, nurturing, and spiritually supportive environment inside our shala, villas, and communal gardens, all students are required to adhere to the following community guidelines:
3. Certification & Graduation Requirements
Receiving your official Yoga Alliance accredited certificate requires 100% attendance, successful completion of all written assignments and teaching anatomy modules, as well as final approval and evaluation by our lead trainers (Vivek Kalura and team).
4. Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We maintain transparent policies regarding deposits and course fees:
- Cancellations More Than 60 Days: If you cancel your booking more than 60 days before the batch start date, you are entitled to a refund of your deposit, subject to a 10% administrative deduction to cover bank processing charges, taxes, and service fees.
- Cancellations Within 60 Days: For cancellations made within 60 days of the start date, the deposit is strictly non-refundable. However, we provide the option to reschedule your attendance to any future course batch within 2026 or 2027 at no extra charge.
- After Course Start: Once the course begins, all fees (tuition, meals, and accommodations) are entirely non-refundable.
5. Health Liability & Personal Property
Students participate in physical yoga, intensive pranayama, and excursions entirely at their own risk and are responsible for monitoring their health limits. Bali YTTC and its compound operators are not liable for any injuries, medical conditions, or lost personal belongings during your stay. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive international travel medical insurance before traveling to Bali.
