Booking & Payment Terms

10% Early Bird Savings Plan

Secure your reservation at least 60 days before the batch start date and enjoy an immediate 10% discount on all-inclusive private or shared accommodation packages. Automatically calculated at checkout.

Flexible Payment Installments

We require a small initial booking deposit of €300 to hold your seat. The remaining balance can be divided into flexible monthly installments, with the final payment due at least 15 days before arrival.

Secure Cancellation Policy

Your booking deposit is 100% transferable to any other batch schedule in 2026 or 2027, provided you write to our admissions team at hello@baliyttc.com at least 30 days before your original start date.

Secure Credit Card Transfers

We process registration deposits securely using Stripe. We accept all major cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery) with premium end-to-end security encryption.

What is the cancellation and refund policy for course fees?+

If you need to cancel your booking, we offer a refund on the deposit for cancellations made more than 60 days before the course start date. Please note that a 10% deduction will apply to cover service charges, bank fees, and government taxes. The refund will be processed within 7 working days upon your request. For cancellations made within 60 days of the course start date, the deposit is non-refundable, but we do provide the option to reschedule to a future course date.

Is there a separate fee for airport pickup or drop-off?+

Airport pickup is fully included with every residential course booking at no additional cost. Our native trusted driver will meet you directly at the Denpasar airport arrivals hall. If you require drop-off or special transportation after graduation, this can be arranged easily for a nominal local fee.

Are there any hidden or extra fees apart from the course fee?+

No, there are absolutely no hidden charges. All essential costs—including tuition, course materials, manuals, excursions, shared/private villa lodging, and three daily catered organic plant-based meals—are completely covered by the package fee. Laundry services and extra massage treatments are available at nominal extra costs.

Are meals and accommodation included, or do I pay separately?+

Both your private or shared villa accommodation and three daily freshly-catered vegetarian/vegan meals are fully included within the package fee. Dietary restrictions (gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free) are happily accommodated at no additional charge.
