The Journey of Self Mastery

Vivek's journey began at the age of 10 in Rishikesh, India. Under the guidance of his guru from Avdhoot Ashram, he went deep into the practice of Hatha yoga, setting the foundation for his lifelong passion. He went on to pursue a Master's degree in Yoga Science from the prestigious Sanskrit University, where he honed his understanding of this ancient discipline.

"Teaching since the age of 19, Vivek has become a master of Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, alignment & adjustment, and Yoga Therapy. His vision is to help people connect with their higher-self by creating oneness of body, mind, and soul, leading them towards a happy, harmonious, and balanced life.
